In August of 2000, a group of 30 disciples from
all over Texas, moved down to the Valley with a purpose in mind;
to share the true gospel, making disciples of Jesus all along
the Rio Grande. Today, most of the original missionaries have
moved back to their hometowns. Yet the legacy left behind is
purposeful and clear; to continue to build a church that will
truly bring Glory to God. |

The Rio Grande Valley International Church of Christ is committed
to the Lordship of Jesus. We strive to make his heart, life
and purpose the foundation of our faith. Therefore we make loving
God our priority, loving each other our defining mark and making
a difference our reason for being. |
